DarkUFO’s sources have come through again, as he released a long, descriptive filming report earlier today. Those spoilers–and why they have me simultaneously excited and shaking in my boots–are after the jump.
Here are excerpts, since the source is known for writing, as Dark says, “colorfully.” (Long-winded and hard to follow.)
Hugo … has some very detailed notes and shit on his arm from when he met that Jacob dude in the ‘shiney’ area.” (The Temple, probably.)

Jin gets rescued from the ‘pirate’ looking dudes by Claire of all people. She has gone all Chuck Norris on them and looks f**king terrible!
She is all serious and unkempt. She kinda resembles that crazy French chick in season 1. Jin then wakes up in one of her makeshift shelter thing-a-me-bobs. She has also taken one of the pirate dudes hostage or something. Both Jin and the pirate hostage dude are bleeding. Claire definitely knows how to work a weapon now.
Also got some stuff on Sawyer and Kate coming up soon. I heard something about a wedding/engagement ring.
Obviously, there’s a part of this report I want to tackle first, but we’ll start with the Claire stuff instead.
Are we supposed to believe that Claire’s been living on the island like Rousseau for the last three years? If she and Jin are in the same timeline, that means she would have experienced the flashes right along with everyone else–talk about terrifying. But I have to say, she kind of deserves it. Walking off in the middle of the night leaving your baby with Sawyer? Hard to feel too badly for you.
That said, I’m excited to have Claire back, to have her learn about her connection to Jack, to flesh out the Christian Shephard Island Ghost story, and to tie up the Aaron story.
And her kicking some Hostile ass is definitely going to be a sight to see. (I assume that’s what this guy means by ‘pirate-looking dudes.’)
Okay. Three words I never want to read in the same sentence: Sawyer, Kate, ring.
As usual, there are several ways to interpret this tease, the most likely of which is the source is messing with the shippers. Then there are these three ways.
#1: The Skatey Way: Sawyer and Kate connect in the alternate timeline, end up getting engaged/married. Allie throws up, is overcome with pain of reset not being used to establish inevitability that is Jate.
#2: The Suliety Way: Sawyer shows Kate the ring he was preparing to give Juliet before her untimely demise. Bittersweet moment that Skaters enjoy, Jaters ignore.
#3: The Highly Unlikely And Yet Still Discussable Jatey Way: Kate shows Sawyer the ring she has just accepted from Jack. Skate is dead forever. Allie rejoices and frightens the dog with flailing.
I would just really like for the triangle to end relatively early in the season. I’d love–as does Evangeline Lilly–the chance to really see Jack and Kate work things out early enough so that we can see them actually be together, preferably with jabies. After six years of the most epic ship war I’ve ever participated in (and, boy, have I participated), this needs to pay off but good for whichever side wins.
