bones sides: the truth is out there

The rumor’s been swirling for a while, but the latest casting sides (for episode 5×11) confirm an unfortunate situation on Bones. That situation–along with a little speculation–is after the jump.

Wendell/Angela. It’s happening.

Oh, boy, is it ever.

And I’m not gonna lie–I love Wendell and I love Angela, but I do not give this my blessing. I find this pairing just absolutely grody.

Angela is so sexually forward and Wendell is such a sweet little puppy that this relationship seems almost predatory.

These casting sides also have nary a mention of Booth and Brennan, aside from casework. It’s likely that their off-the-job scenes just don’t touch these pages, but it’s suspicious when not even a little inside joke between the partners makes it to the sides.  You know I like my B&B, people!

Anyway, the episode centers around an alien-looking body found in Roswell, New Mexico, and it’s called “The X in the File.” Yeah. It has a lot of potential for funny and intriguing case stuff, as well as for good Booth/Brennan since they’re going to be out in the field together. We’ll see, I guess.
