mini-flail: angsty lost deleted scene!

Looks like this slow news day finally picked up. (Thanks, DarkUFO!) I’ll take any Lost footage I can get my hands on, especially if it’s Jatey. This deleted scene is from either the end of “Whatever Happened, Happened” or the beginning of “Dead is Dead.” If you liked the quad angst, you’re wondering how it managed to get deleted. Here, Jack shows some jealousy over Kate’s trek out into the jungle with Sawyer to save Little Ben.
Let me tell you, much like those recent Bones deleted scenes, it’s a good thing I didn’t see this during the season–it definitely would have gone on the Evidence of In Utero Jaby pile.
Oh, and then there’s this pile of fluff.

Why don’t we get the dvds until December 8th???
Are you asking rhetorically or seriously? I think it’s because they use the DVDs to promote the following season, although I’ve never really understood that philosophy–shouldn’t they give viewers plenty of time to buy the DVDs and get caught up before the next season starts?
